The bakery is built inside an old Machine shop in the Royal Naval Dockyard, built in the style of a Bermudian cottage, it is located at the west end of the building. The bakery shares the building with Dockyard Glassworks who provide demonstrations in the art of glassblowing and have a large gift gallery for you to browse. Visitors can watch the bakers producing the cake and try some of the different flavored samples presented by our staff.
All the cakes are produced here in the mini Bakery and only the finest Bermuda Black Seal Rum is used in producing them. Once baked they are packed in heat sealed packaging for maximum freshness.
All the cakes have a projected shelf-life of 3 months kept at room temperature and 6 months if refrigerated
